Myanmar regulators, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Myanmar (SECM), the Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX), and the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) are to benchmark the corporate governance practices of Myanmar companies against international standards to help them improve performance.
