U Aung Myat Khaing

U Aung Myat Khaing is a business development professional and expert in the fields of Business Development and Organizational Management. Currently, he currently serves as a Managing Director of Modus Operandi – MO Loans – Shwe MFI Company Ltd cum Versa Payment Ltd (Since March 2022 to Present) Board of Director and Co-Founder EMPOWER Consultancy Ltd, Board of Director of Chan Myae Mitta Development Association (CMMDA), He was previously with the Myanmar Institute of Directors (MIoD) and KyoPay Technologies as a senior executive. He is a certified Director with MIoD since 2019 and has more than 19 years of working experience in local and international professionals with diverse backgrounds and he is actively supporting Myanmar MSME organizations especially for their business development, marketing, digital transformation and their organizational development in Myanmar.
That is why he has a consistent relationship with Myanmar Companies and tangible networking with chambers, groups and diverse business sector-based associations in Myanmar and ASEAN. He is an expert in the fields of Business Administration, Organizational Management, Marketing, Digital Transformation and People Behaviors, Development Policies & Practices. Currently, he is a Committee Member of Scientific Research and Promoting Scientific Research Methods in Myanmar together with MindLab Malaysia, Centre of Research Excellence at Lincoln University College, and Advisors to Private Sectors (Multi-National Companies and MSME) and Non-Governmental Organizations in Myanmar.
He graduated the B.Sc. (Mathematics) Degree from Eastern University Yangon, Post Graduate Diploma in Development Studies (Yangon Economic University), Int’l Higher Diploma in Software Engineering (UK), Int’l Advance Diploma in Computer Studies (UK), International Master of Advanced Studies in Development Studies, Development Economics and International Development from The Graduate Institute of Development Studies (French: Institut universitaire d’études du développement, IUED) in Geneva, Switzerland. He is Ph.D. Candidate in Management Subject and wrote articles in Organizational Change Management, Corporate Governance, Human Behaviors, Food Safety, Organizational Citizenship Behavior related fields.
