The MIoD Leadership Series is designed to provide insights, knowledge and thought leadership to enable board directors and senior management to stay abreast of evolving challenges and trends and pursue continual learning to remain effective leaders.

ABOUT THE SESSION
In the midst of the VUCA world, business leaders are trapped in dealing with the present. They are caught in looking at the microscope and dealing with survival. Although such perspective is necessary, it is also important to also use the telescope and perceive of the future with a forward looking mindset to ensure the businesses not only survive but thrive. The seminar will outline approaches for business leaders to adopt a mindset focusing on the future.
