Myint Zaw serves as member on the advisory board of various institutions as well as member of the committees constituted by the government industry associations. He also a founder of “Professional Marketers Associations (PMA)”, and voluntarily works as president. PMA aims for developing professional local marketers and contributing Marketing Norms to youth Myanmar Marketers. Academy, a capacity-building initiative in Myanmar, Kim is committed to upskilling professionals in the banking and finance sectors, focusing on board and senior management training. She partners with CEOs, Chairs, Boards of Directors, and other key stakeholders to drive organizational efficiency, profitability, and shareholder value.
Kim serves as an Independent Director for several organizations, where she applies her expertise in governance, risk management, and financial oversight to guide businesses through complex challenges and strategic transitions. Kim is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), holding dual memberships with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (ICAANZ). She is also a Fellow Director with the Thai Institute of Directors (Thai IoD) and a Board Director and trainer at the Myanmar Institute of Directors (MioD).

Dr. Thaung Han is the Group CEO of Max Myanmar Group since 2019 and serves on its Board of Director. Prior to that, he served as President & CEO at Myanmar Citizen Bank, Managing Director at AYA Bank and Advisor at AYA Financial Group, and Group COO at Max Myanmar Group.
He earned his PHD in International Business from the University of Texas at EI Paso and MBA from Purdue University. He also earned a Diploma in Business Law and Executive MBA from Yangon University of Economics and holds a MBBS from Mandalay University of Medicine.
He is also a visiting faculty at private and government universities teaching diverse topics in finance and management. He has strong management experiences in banking and diverse business sectors, foreign JV, and NGOs. He has been actively participating in capacity building of the communities and CSR activities.
