အာဆီယံဘုတ်အဖွဲ့များ နှင့် ဒါရိုက်တာများအပေါ် အကျိုးသက်ရောက်မှုများကို ပိုမိုနားလည်ရန် ဤစစ်တမ်းတွင်ပါဝင်ရန် ဖိတ်ကြားလိုပါသည်။ အထူးသဖြင့် ပြီးခဲ့သော 12 လအတွင်း ဘုတ်အဖွဲ့၏ အခန်းကဏ္ဍ မည်သို့ပြောင်းလဲ သွားကြောင်း၊ 2024 နှင့်အလွန်တွင် လုပ်ငန်းစွမ်းဆောင်ရည်နှင့် မျှော်မှန်းချက်မှအပ မည့်သည့်အရာများသည် ဘုတ်အဖွဲ့များအတွက် အရေးကြီးသော ကဏ္ဍများဖြစ်လာမည်နည်း။ ဘုတ်အဖွဲ့ဝင်များနှင့် တိုက်ရိုက် လုပ်ဆောင်နေသူများ၏ အမြင်များမှ ဘုတ်အဖွဲ့၏ ထိရောက်မှုကိုလည်း မြင်တွေ့နိုင်မည်ဟု မျှော်လင့် ပါသည်။

Today, MIoD successfully organized a Panel Discussion on the topic “??????? ???? ??????” together with well-known and well-respected Panellists Dr. Thaung Han, Group CEO of Max Myanmar Group and U Phyo Phyu Noe, CEO of Pepsi Myanmar together with Moderator, Daw Thiri Thant Mon, Executive Director of MIoD.

MIoD ၏ စတုတ္ထမြောက် နှစ်ပတ်လည်အထွေထွေအစည်းအဝေး ၂၀၂၃ အား Zoom အီလက်ထရွန်နစ်စနစ်ဖြင့် တိုက်ရိုက်ထုတ်လွှင့်ပြီး စက်တင်ဘာလ ၂၀ ရက်၊ ၂၀၂၃ ခုနှစ် တွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါသည်။

အစည်းအဝေးအား AGM ၏ ဥက္ကဋ္ဌအဖြစ်ခန့်အပ်ခြင်းခံရသော ဦးသူရကိုကို မှ ဦးဆောင်၍ MIoD ၏ ဘုတ်အဖွဲ့ဥက္ကဋ္ဌဖြစ်သူ ဒေါ်ဝင်းဝင်းတင့်မှ အဖွင့်အမှာစကား ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ MIoD ၏ နာယကဖြစ်သူ ပါမောက္ခ ဒေါက်တာ အောင်ထွန်းသက်မှ “နှစ်ပတ်လည် အထွေထွေ အစည်းအဝေး (AGM) နှင့် ကော်ပိုရိတ်စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်မှု” ခေါင်းစဉ်ဖြင့် ကြိုဆိုနှုတ်ခွန်းဆက်စကား ပြောကြားခဲ့ပါသည်။ MIoD ၏ အမှုဆောင်ဒါရိုက်တာ ဒေါ်သီရိသန့်မွန်မှ အမှုဆောင်ဒါရိုက်တာ၏ နှစ်ပတ်လည် အစီရင်ခံစာအား တင်ပြခဲ့ပြီး စာရင်းစစ်ချုပ်မှ စာရင်းရှင်းတမ်းအား ပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

On August 23, 2023, the sixth instalment of the Leadership series was delivered by the well-known and well-respected Prof. Dr. Aung Tun Thet on the topic of “Effective and Successful Leadership Development Strategy”.
