If you have heard of the term corporate governance but might not have a clear idea of what it is, you are not alone. The concept has been around since investors pooled their resources to form joint-stock companies in the 1800s.

We believe that the strength of our country is greatly enhanced by a strong private sector, strong governance, and strong institutions.
