ABOUT THE SESSION
All organizations have emotional culture and need our attention more than ever. Culture plays an important role in the workplaces and deeply matters. A complex organization culture consists of three interconnected, inter-related and interdependent distinct components:
- Cognitive culture (thinking)
- Behavioral culture (doing)
- Emotional culture (feeling)
To develop emotional culture at work, we must elevate empathy, compassion, respect, kindness, patience, understanding, honesty and trust.
