Board/Company Secretary Program 4th Batch
June 28 - 29, 2022The ????? ? ?? ??? ?????/??????? ????????? ??????? begun on 28th June 2022 as 1.5 days in-person program at Melia Yangon. The ????? ?? ??? ????’? ???????? ????????? kicked off an Opening Remarks.
The sessions then started with the “???????????? ?? ????????? ?????????? (??)” which explained the basics of corporate governance with the framework followed by “??? ????? ????????? ??? ?? ??? ?????????? ?? ???????” presenting Directors Duties according to MCL with the reporting and disclosure. The session later continued with “Building an Effective Board” focusing on Board Composition, Roles, Committees and Evaluations.
