Annual General Meeting 2022
June 23, 2022The MIoD’s third Annual General Meeting 2022 was held on 23rd June 2022. Given the COVID-19 guidelines this years’ AGM was held electronically by live-stream on Zoom in the interests of safety for our fellow members.
The meeting was led by U Thura Ko Ko, who was appointed as the AGM Chair, followed by Daw Thiri Thant Mon, CEO of MIoD, who presented the CEO’s Annual Report, and the Auditors reviewed the Audit Statement. There were 9 resolutions voted by the member at the AGM and by proxy forms, which appointed new directors, re-appointed the current auditors of the MIoD until the next AGM and adoption of financial statements. All resolutions were passed.
