U Ye Thura Thet Founder & CEO of Kernellix Cyber Defense and Response Center Ye Thura Thet is an information security practitioner with over 20 years in the field. Starting as a programmer in the 90s, he studied Software Engineering at Queensland University of Technology and later earned a Master’s from Nanyang Technological University. After years in corporate security roles, Ye founded Kernellix, a cybersecurity firm in Yangon, Myanmar. Under his leadership, Kernellix grew from a small startup to a major cyber defense center serving a wide range of clients, from small NGOs to large commercial entities.
