U Aung Myat Khaing is a business development professional and expert in the fields of Business Development and Organizational Management. Currently, he currently serves as a Managing Director of Modus Operandi – MO Loans – Shwe MFI Company Ltd cum Versa Payment Ltd (Since March 2022 to Present) Board of Director and Co-Founder EMPOWER Consultancy Ltd, Board of Director of Chan Myae Mitta Development Association (CMMDA), He was previously with the Myanmar Institute of Directors (MIoD) and KyoPay Technologies as a senior executive. He is a certified Director with MIoD since 2019 and has more than 19 years of working experience in local and international professionals with diverse backgrounds and he is actively supporting Myanmar MSME organizations especially for their business development, marketing, digital transformation and their organizational development in Myanmar.
That is why he has a consistent relationship with Myanmar Companies and tangible networking with chambers, groups and diverse business sector-based associations in Myanmar and ASEAN. He is an expert in the fields of Business Administration, Organizational Management, Marketing, Digital Transformation and People Behaviors, Development Policies & Practices. Currently, he is a Committee Member of Scientific Research and Promoting Scientific Research Methods in Myanmar together with MindLab Malaysia, Centre of Research Excellence at Lincoln University College, and Advisors to Private Sectors (Multi-National Companies and MSME) and Non-Governmental Organizations in Myanmar.
He graduated the B.Sc. (Mathematics) Degree from Eastern University Yangon, Post Graduate Diploma in Development Studies (Yangon Economic University), Int’l Higher Diploma in Software Engineering (UK), Int’l Advance Diploma in Computer Studies (UK), International Master of Advanced Studies in Development Studies, Development Economics and International Development from The Graduate Institute of Development Studies (French: Institut universitaire d’études du développement, IUED) in Geneva, Switzerland. He is Ph.D. Candidate in Management Subject and wrote articles in Organizational Change Management, Corporate Governance, Human Behaviors, Food Safety, Organizational Citizenship Behavior related fields.

Daw Thiri Thant Mon serves as part time Executive Director of the Myanmar Institute of Directors.  She has over 20 years of experience in the US, UK and Myanmar with her Myanmar career being Managing Partner of Pegu Partners, Managing Director of City Invest, an investment platform in conjunction with City Holdings, and member of the executive leadership team at Yoma Strategic Holdings in Myanmar. She is a trustee for Turquoise Mountain Foundation, a UK charity that focuses on heritage preservation countries such as Afghanistan and Myanmar.  She holds a BA in Economics from William & Mary and an MBA from the London Business School.

Daw Win Win Tint built her family business, City Mart Holding Company Limited (CMHL), from a single supermarket into a leading retail company in Myanmar after she took over its management at the age of 21. She expanded the City Mart supermarket chain and launched bakeries, cafes, health and beauty stores, as well as other food and beverage brands that have since become household names in Myanmar. She now leads a group with over 200 outlets and 8,500 employees. She is also President of the Myanmar Retailers Association.

She was appointed a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2012 and was ranked by Forbes magazine as one of the 50 most powerful businesswomen in Asia Pacific in 2015. A year later, she received the Young Entrepreneur Award from the ASEAN Business Advisory Council and was named Asia-Pacific Retail Woman of the Year by the Asia Pacific Retail Congress in 2017.

Ms. Vicky Bowman has been the Director of Myanmar Centre for Responsible Business (MCRB) since July 2013. Prior to that, she led global mining company Rio Tinto’s policy approach to transparency, human rights, and resource nationalism issues.

She was Director of Global & Economic Issues and G8 sous-Sherpa for the United Kingdom from 2008 to 2011 and Head of the Southern Africa Department in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the U.K. Government between 2006 and 2007. Previously, she served as the U.K. Ambassador to Myanmar for four years and as Second Secretary in the Embassy from 1990 to 1993. She had also worked in Brussels as Member of Cabinet of European Commissioner Chris Patten and as press spokeswoman for the U.K. representation to the European Union. She is certified as a director by the Thai Institute of Directors.

U Thura Ko Ko is the Founding Partner of YGA Capital, a Myanmar-registered advisory company focused on identifying and investing in attractive growth opportunities in the country for global private equity firm TPG Capital and its associated companies and funds. He is also a Director of telecom tower operator Apollo Towers Myanmar Limited and of urban microfinance company Pacific Star Finance Limited.

Previously, he worked at several international investment banks, including Goldman Sachs and N.M. Rothschild. He was Vice-President of Providence Equity, a global telecom and media fund in Hong Kong, before returning to his native country Myanmar in 2010. He was elected a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2013 and plays an active role in policy discussions in Myanmar.
