Annual General Meeting 2021

The MIoD’s second Annual General Meeting 2021 was held on 23^rd September 2021. Given the COVID-19 guidelines this years’ AGM was held electronically by live-stream on Zoom in the interests of safety for our fellow members.  

The meeting was led by U Thura Ko Ko, who was appointed as the AGM Chair, followed by Daw Thiri Thant Mon, CEO of MIoD, who presented the CEO’s Annual Report, and the Auditors reviewed the Audit Statement. There were 6 resolutions voted by the member at the AGM and by proxy forms, which appointed new directors, re-appointed the current auditors of the MIoD until the next AGM and updated the Constitution to introduce new term limits for board members and form a new Advisory Council.  All resolutions were passed…
