January 7, 2020This year the MIoD will hold it’s inaugural Anual General Meeting to elect a board of directors who will govern our Association which is now approaching 200 members. Attached you will find a Director Nomination Form with instructions for those wishing to nominate themselves to participate on the board. The Board of Directors is responsible for setting the strategy and policies of the MIoD, and to ensure that the Association achieves its mission and objectives. MIoD’s vision is to be the pioneering and leading organisation in supporting the professional development of directors with a focus on improving the effectiveness of their boards and board committees.
